The Resh Beauty Brand is a luxury hair and skin care line developed out of LOVE and NEED by Michael and Sherell Flagg. This husband and wife duo have almost three decades of experience in the beauty industry as licensed hairstylists, educators and owners of the first eco-friendly salon in Delaware, Resh Salon & Spa.

While serving as technical consultants for renowned global beauty companies, the Flaggs committed themselves to finding natural solutions for correcting skin, hair and scalp issues for their four children and the growing client base they serviced while working behind the chair.  All of the Resh products they created are proven solutions that really work! Each product is cruelty free, naturally sourced, contain no paragons or sulfates and made by YOUR stylists, with LOVE.
