Directions: For skin: Apply to clean, dry skin and massage.
For Hair: Apply Castor Oil to affected areas twice daily and massage for 3-4 minutes. To use as a hot oil treatment, apply to clean hair, cover and apply heat for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and follow with shampoo/conditioner.
